Job Responsibilities:

  • Support different teams with the designed process and answer any related questions.
  • Collect performance report from different teams (Revenues, Commercial, Customer Support, Collection Team).
  • Support service providers for any inquiry and handle their financials with the help of the finance and accounting teams.
  • Support customer support team in handling issues related to fintech.
  • Update the fintech system based on the updates from different teams.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-1 year experience.
  • Passion about fintech is preferred.
  • Excel is a must.
