Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on a daily basis on inbound and outbound calls to sell the credit services available for the retailers.
  • Conduct phone surveys with the retailers to understand their preferences when it comes to products, targets, and operations.



Qualifications:

  • 6 months -1 year of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in telesales is a must.
  • Previous experience in Credit telesales in Microfinance companies, or SME financing companies is highly desirable.
