As business leaders, we drive and implement key People strategies such as talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and more. Our People Team has to have the ability to strategically and analytically think through solutions, using data as the driving force. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a variety of employment files and records
  • Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefit records, employment history records and existing employment status.
  • Processes new employees, employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms.
  • Filing form 1, 2 and 6
  • Maintains confidential examination and applicant files.
  • Explains department personnel policies and benefits to new employees.
  • Assists in statement of employment or notice of appointment contracts






Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (law and human resources are a plus)
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in personnel
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law
  • Very good command of the English language
