Product team:

The Product team is the bridge between users (internal and external) and the Tech team. Our mandate is to ensure that MaxAB is building the most useful technology at the highest quality and steepest velocity.

Job Summary

You will be tasked with prioritizing features based on business needs, perform daily analytics, implement prototypes and track experiment results and follow up with key stakeholders on current projects.

Your day-to-day will, therefore, involve:

  • Researching our users to understand the most relevant and impactful product features
  • Working closely with the Tech team to create stories and ingest it into sprints
  • Perform analytics to report impact feature post-launch e.g. A/B testing framework
  • Perform Pre and Post Analysis on user experiments
  • Training business teams on the new features
  • Monitoring impact of feature and running route cause analysis (with relevant stakeholders) in case of bugs / unexpected issues
  • Share post-release analysis and feedback
  • Develop solutions to improve product quality and workflow
  • Research new tools to benefit the product team

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc..
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role
  • Experience with Product Analytics
  • Experience managing multiple projects

Technical or specific skills

  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Proficient in SQL and any high level programming language eg. Java, C++, C#, etc.
  • Proficient in Python, Pandas
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Experience with Dependency Injection
  • Experience with a variety of technology stacks
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum
