Job Summary:
We are looking for a Staffing Specialist to work on mass hiring in our Operations and Retail Operations sector. This person will ensure to meet the capacity planning needs for all markets while adjusting to market needs.
In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates for various open positions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with People Business Partner on recruitment planning.
- Advertise job openings across multiple channels
- Source candidates
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews with candidates, and assess their skills and experience
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
What we look for:
- 2-4 years of experience as a staffing specialist
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
