Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish long term relationships with the providers.
  • Forecast Max-Pay needs from each provider
  • Negotiate pricing with the providers
  • Confirm orders upon Business Development Manager’s approval and make sure Max-Pay requests are secured on time within the agreed SLA.
  • Suggest new providers and services.
  • Handle any challenges between the different departments and the service providers.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook software
  • Practice excellent time and project management skills
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
