Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Product Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing product operations while also overseeing international expansion efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, identify and resolve bugs and issues, and support the successful expansion of our products into new markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product operations and project management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a global mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust product operations processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.
- Data driven insights: Leverage data analysis expertise to generate valuable insights that will guide strategic decisions and drive an improvement in cost and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve bugs, issues, and customer pain points.
- Identify, develop, and implement growth initiatives in global markets while analyzing the outcomes and assessing their impact on revenue and app adoption.
- Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis of bugs, ensuring timely fixes and preventive measures to improve product performance.
- Oversee the international expansion strategy, including market research, localization efforts, compliance requirements, and cross-cultural considerations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure relevant scope, smooth product launches and seamless customer experiences in new international markets.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for both internal and external users on new features, ensuring their proper utilization and adoption.
- Identify and manage risks associated with international expansion, including regulatory compliance, legal considerations, and localization challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers to support international operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and international expansion success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and global market dynamics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to gather feedback and insights from international customers, identifying opportunities for product improvements and localization enhancements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the product operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
A product manager in the operations industry requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to succeed. Here are the key qualifications:
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience
