Job Summary:

The Planning Lead role at MaxAB is one of the roles that give in-depth exposure over all departments, business lines and verticals, as the Planning Lead will be dealing with multiple stakeholders from all departments. Also, he/she will be working on producing plans, coming up with KPIs and communicating all this to different departments to help MaxAB reach its targets. He/she will also be part of the newly introduced Supply Chain Committee that will help take faster and more effective decisions to help all stakeholders align and act together to reach our common goal.

Responsibilities:

Creating plans that define goals, objectives, and benchmarks for success.
Producing annual targets for all countries and business verticals across MaxAB.
Breaking down KPIs and targets for each supply chain based on our short to medium term plan, and monitoring the implementation and execution of those plans through the supply chain committees.
Working closely with the Strategy Team and other central functions to provide full support to core business teams.
Developing and tracking the KPIs, and working closely with other Planning, Performance and Operations team members on achieving set targets.
Planning new launches (markets ,regions, products, supply chains, business verticals or other major events).
Conducting strategic analysis of existing business operations to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Developing a comprehensive list of potential options that could address the problem or challenge identified.

What we look for:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance.
2-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
E-commerce/ Supply Chain/ Startup experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Ability to navigate data and produce useful insights.
Ability to think about the future and how a company can achieve its goals.
