Job Summary:

• The Hiring and Development Specialist will be responsible for the hiring and development processes of the on-ground sales force.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, screen, and file incoming CVs.
  • Conduct face to face interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Ensure accuracy of hired agents.
  • Work on partnerships with hiring agencies to ensure the quality of candidates.
  • Maintain consistent standards for all candidates.
  • Initiate different hiring leads and campaigns.
  • Responsible for the documentation of the sales team .
  • Responsible for the payroll, incentives and other work benefits
  • Work closely with the sales operations to structure the teams and plan for the new hires.
  • Work with the HR team on the exit interviews and exit process

What we look for:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • A personable and energetic individual who's passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup.
