Job Summary:

The role of performance associate is more hands-on with analyses that run on longer time frames, monthly and weekly rather than daily.

• Supporting the junior analyst in aligning the scope and objective of daily analyses with the monthly and weekly goals.
• Working with a performance manager to enforce strategy and monitor alignment.

This role is directly accountable for the accuracy of all metrics and the documentation of all scripts used to update database tables or google sheets. And is also accountable for making sure that all data sources are up to date all the time.

• Creating channels to track the actions taken by the commercial team to adjust for performance trends.
• Personally monitoring the impact of these actions and reporting on the efficacy of any initiative running inside the Commercial department



Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide insight to the performance manager during building commercial performance plans and during periodical check-points.
  • Assist performance manager in setting up the universal performance assessment plan to make sure that all aspects are being covered.
  • Plan execution, tracking & evaluation of different commercial activities.
  • Work on periodical assessments.
  • Responsible for running the assessment, creating the story, delivering the insight and aligning with the universal plan to make sure all objectives fall within planned scope.
  • Create channels to track actions taken by the commercial team & responsible for on-going evaluation of these actions and reporting to performance manager on actions taken, missed or rescheduled and their impact on performance.
  • Participate as a team member under the team leader in strategic projects and problem sessions.

What we look for:

  • Experience in Python, PostgreSQL, Big Query and Tableau.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in statistics.
