The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development.


  • Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies including creating brand keys to meet organizational objectives
  • Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization
  • Create Maxab brand equity & thematic communication and designs
  • Cascade Maxab brand storytelling to top suppliers and investors
  • Design the marketing calendar that delivers on the desired Maxab brand equity
  • Design brand playbooks and marketing process inclusive of agency management
  • Ensure business units delivery of compliant marketing material with brand credentials in both messaging and design aspects
  • Responsible for the app comms and design optimizations
  • Tactical communications & campaign execution


  • Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Project management experience
  • Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
  • FMCG background is a must
  • 8+ years of experience of relevant experience
