Job Summary:

As a Vendor Management Coordinator, you will ensure that our suppliers get the best experience in our warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Run a daily meeting to present the utilization and the condition of the warehouse and handle any issues that may occur
  • Check the returned orders
  • Ensure that the suppliers got the best experience in the warehouse in cooperation with the Finance and the Account managers
  • Ensure that the suppliers wait time is low
  • Update the queuing system in alignment with Warehouse Manager
  • Run the needed analysis to check the daily receiving per truck
  • Analysis and share the receiving performance to indicate warehouse performance
  • Tagging offline measurements to ensure smooth suppliers receiving and best-receiving cycle time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, logistics, or relevant major
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent level of Excel and Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent Communication Skills
