  • Build strong working relationships and collaborative strategies with each designated account/supplier.
  • Act as the main point of contact between planning team, suppliers and ops teams to ensure purchase orders are being met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect, organize, create POs.
  • Provide clear and detailed communication, both written and verbal, for suppliers, vendors, contractors and internal teams
  • Proactively identify risks and create mitigation strategies
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Review deliveries against the orders.
  • Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
  • Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage


  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook software
  • Practice excellent time and project management skills
  • Detail oriented and proficient in data entry
