Job summary

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing HR guidance to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental Heads to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the function to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Offer guidance on reward and compensation matters, including salary planning, promotion cycles, and bonus allocations, ensuring equity and competitiveness.
      • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, participating in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
      • Facilitate and guide various HR projects across the function, including change management initiatives, workforce planning, and talent development programs.
      • Ensure compliance with specific legal requirements and labor laws, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
      • Participate in the recruitment process for key positions, providing input on the selection and onboarding of talent.
        • Act as a change agent, supporting and managing change within the business, often navigating through ambiguity and complexity.
        • Advise on organizational design and structure, optimizing for efficiency, scalability, and agility.
        • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance, encouraging feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
        • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, identifying potential employee development opportunities and gaps in talent.
        • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are thoughtfully integrated into all aspects of the employee experience.

        Qualifications

        • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
          • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
            • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
            • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
            • Ability to analyze data and develop reports.
            • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve the organization's goals.
