The Purpose of the Retailers operation specialist is to follow up and ensure retailers satisfaction as well as support them when needed. Moreover, Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and provide them with feedback on the retailer's service process.

Job Description:

  • Daily follow up on the retailers’ performance, fulfillment lead time & cash collection.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations (Logistics – Sorting center) teams.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicating with retailers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving retailers’ complaints.
  • Ensure retailers satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the retailer’s service process

Requirements:

  • B.A Degree in any related field
  • 0 - 2 Years of work experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Detail Oriented and Multitasker
  • Strong knowledge of MS office
