Job Overview:

As a Growth Data Analyst, you play a crucial role in extracting insights from complex
datasets to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. With a keen
eye for detail and strong analytical skills, you transform raw data into actionable
insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Here's an overview of
the key responsibilities and qualifications for the Data Analyst position:

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Growth manager to understand and maintain focus
    on the analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver
    actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid Growth team day to day
    tasks.
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data
    interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple
    data sources.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or
    yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and
    investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in
    efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and
    secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation
    process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
  • Develop strategies for reducing churn and maximizing revenue from existing customers.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to identify upsell and
    cross-sell opportunities, evolve customer segmentation models and
    use them to drive product and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or
    Computer Science
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in data extraction from various sources and data visualization using
    tools such as Python, Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of Python coding for data analytics and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex
    data and drive actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into
    analytical solutions
