Job summary:

Play a vital role in ensuring accurate tracking and processing of cash collection deposits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Track all cash collection deposits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Close the daily cash cycle in collaboration with accounting and operation teams.
  • Monitor and close deposit variances on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Track and report any compensations or approved variances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Previous background or experience in Accounting and Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a must .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
