Job Responsibilities:

• Generate & sign leads.

• Onboard accounts on the application.

• Provide support after contract signing, in order to build a strong partnership with the account.

• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the accounts in a timely manner.

• Act as the communication mediator between signed accounts and the company.

• Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities.

• Monitor daily/monthly sales of the accounts.

• Cross sell and upsell existing account.

• Monitor/control account receivables.

What we look for:

  • F&B background, or any relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
