Job Summary:

The Market Research Ops Lead will be responsible for organizing and supervising the entire market research operations, to ensure that the research work is carried out, correctly, efficiently and on time.


  • Leading E2E research operations.
  • Briefing the Field Team with new projects and data collection methodologies.
  • Analyzing and understanding the environment he/she is called to operate in and fully understand the implications of the operation.
  • Ensuring quality of market information.
  • Ensuring an efficient and productive operations.
  • Systematic organization and planning.
  • Ensuring the application of quality control procedures.
  • Supervising the recruitment of retail shops.
  • Ensuring brand lists are up to date.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and follow up costs.
  • Preparing a market report at the end of each period relying on the feedback of supervisors, auditors, personal controls, promotional activities, management feedback and other relevant information obtained during the period
  • Close cooperation with statisticians.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics and Statistics or an equivalent field.
  • 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong business acumen.
