Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for controlling and maintaining project plans and budgets, performing delay analysis and identifying potential risks related to projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling, maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Analyzing EOT and monetary claims.
  • Performing delay analysis using credible methods such as Time-impact Analysis.
  • Reviewing status reports across projects and addressing issues as appropriate.
  • Leading and directing all phases of projects from planning till execution.
  • Providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan to stakeholders.
  • Identifying potential risks related to projects.
  • Managing performance analytics.
  • Leading planning team for a research projects
  • Develop briefing and training materials for new projects.
  • Applying documentations and process optimizations.
  • Optimizing project spendings by monitoring budget.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Preparing financial and project timeline proposals.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a market research company.
  • Experience with reporting and analysis.
  • High analytical skills and attention to detail.
