Job Description:

A Growth Product Manager role responsibilities is to experiment and generate data-driven growth opportunities across our business model & customer touch points to increase impact and profitability.

Hence, you need to be comfortable with:

  • Extracting & analyzing data to generate data-driven insights
  • Identifying main KPIs to monitor for improving upselling, engagement, monetization, etc…
  • Identifying customer touchpoints and funnel to optimize each touch point
  • Willingness to experiment and come up with new ideas to enhance customer experience & generate incremental revenue
  • Conduct frequent market visits to understand customer behavior and needs
  • Lead & support relevant stakeholders to execute planned projects and optimize their performance along the way
