Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
  • Provide technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving users problems.
  • Collaborate with other employees to research and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to programs.
  • Develop and communicate department projects and goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
  • Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.



What we look for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
