Position Summary:

We are looking for a Staffing Manager to work on mass hiring on our Operations and Retail Operations sector. This person will ensure to meet the capacity planning needs for all markets while adjusting to market needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with key stakeholders on workforce planning
  • Create sourcing strategies to ensure a healthy consistent pipeline
  • Market research to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Strategizing on entering new markets
  • Driving the employee interview process from end-to-end
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

What we look for:

  • 5-8 years of experience in staffing, staffing agencies, or mass hiring
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
