Job Summary:

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to employee affairs in accordance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies. This includes managing employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting
HR operations related to attendance, social insurance, contracts, and other personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee files and ensure they comply with labor law and social insurance requirements.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.
  • Process social insurance enrollment, cancellation, and updates for all employees.
  • Handle time and attendance records, leaves, and absences.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, including working hours, penalties, and employee rights.
  • Coordinate with government offices for labor inspections, social insurance, and other related issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to personnel activities, such as turnover rates and absence statistics.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, contracts, and legal matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in personnel or HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
