Job Summary:

The Sales Hiring and Development Lead will be responsible for leading the hiring and training of the sales team across Egypt, as well as developing and designing on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the sales team.


  • Lead the Sales Hiring and Training team across Egypt.
  • Establish the eligibility criteria for hiring on-ground sales representatives.
  • Work on partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Develop and design on-boarding and off-boarding processes for the sales team.
  • Work on the sales operations payroll.
  • Manage the intersection between the sales department and HR department.
  • Participate in resource planning for the sales operations.
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for on-ground sales workforce retention, succession plan.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Recent experience of mass, blue collars hiring.
  • Experience in different sourcing areas, such as referrals, social media, and job postings.
  • Understanding of mass hiring methods and local employment regulations.
  • Ability to design and implement full-cycle of sales representative hiring.
  • Superior verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
