The Senior Admin Assistant role is a key role in our facilities department. As a Senior Admin you will be the eyes and the ears of the office. This role will be responsible for providing all information needed at the front desk maintaining an organized office environment, planning and organizing company schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk coverage, including greeting guest, managing incoming/outgoing calls and maintaining an organized office environment
  • Ensure optimal operation of office equipment, supplies, and inventories
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office
  • Oversee and order office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
  • Receive deliveries including letters and packages and distribute them to appropriate destination.
