Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Development Analyst who will be responsible for enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven insights. This role involves tracking key sales metrics, optimizing conversion rates, and supporting go-to-market strategies and expansion efforts. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst will help develop strategic proposals, improve sales processes, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market insights to improve business performance.
  • Support GTM strategies and expansion initiatives to drive growth.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track progress and align with strategic goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and optimize decision-making.
  • Lead business planning processes and strategic reporting to support company objectives.
  • Conduct daily meetings with country stakeholders, ensuring clear action plans and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business analytics preferably E-commerce Sales & Revenues.
  • Go-To Market & expansions experiences is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel is a must
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (SQL, Python & etc...) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & growth mindset.
