We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic product analyst to assist our product team with recommendations regarding the design and implementation of features, products and product launch strategies with the goal of minimizing waste or redundancy, maximizing conversions and retention, as well as, overall company profitability.

The role will be working closely with different stakeholders inside the company, analyzing product data, making product recommendations, doing market research and customer interviews, offering actionable insights, and forecasting future trends, that will ultimately lead to the best product offerings and experience to our customers.


  • Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
  • Fully understand the company’s product range, and current goals, and anticipate future needs.
  • Assist the product team with quantitative insights that help steer their roadmap, design and launch strategies.
  • Design, analyze and own metrics that improve our customer experience.
  • Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
  • Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product health and growth.
  • Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience, preferably in a product, analysis, or e-commerce related role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power point) is a must.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Preferred knowledge of R or Python.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and come up with creative solutions.
  • The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to constantly learn and lead.
