Job Summary:

A Retail Customer Experience Specialist will be in charge of making sure that the department meets the needs of its clients and customers. He handles customer complaints, finds solutions to their issues, and maintains a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients.
  • Work with internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure that clients’ needs are met.


What we look for:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Tele-sales or Customer Service experience is a must.
  • Practice excellent time and project management skills.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
