Job Summary:

We’re looking for skilled product managers for our product operations team. The product operations team is responsible for all product developments for fulfillment, logistics, and new verticals. The role requires a unique combination of business and technical acumen, big-picture vision, and the drive and tenacity to make that vision a reality.

You will work closely with important stakeholders in the company to understand the different regional markets, the issues they face and you will conceptualize innovative solutions for the broader MaxAB group of stakeholders. Working across all areas of the company, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between Engineering, Design, Operations, and Executive Management, building products for our growing business globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader in championing your product across all stakeholders, internal and external, including regional country teams, marketing etc
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, uncovering problem spaces on the ground and informing new product features that solve for local users and local businesses
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, creating hypotheses and making informed product decisions, testing assumptions early to reduce risk up-front
  • Collaborate with the Engineers and Designers, and other colleagues sharing knowledge on product developments and issues, to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team
  • Executing on business owners’ communication requests and proposed user journeys
  • Working with Analytics to report impact feature post-launch e.g. A/B testing framework
  • Monitoring impact of feature and running route cause analysis (with relevant stakeholders) in case of bugs / unexpected issues
  • Share post-release analysis and feedback (will involve collaboration with Analytics)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or STEM field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a PM role
  • Previous experience in conceptualizing B2B product solutions, engaging with business and/or strong regional stakeholders
  • Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving B2B products
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
