Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the company's plan and targets. You will ensure a smooth daily operations activity. You will be also working on the Sales Team performance and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on the Operations daily activities
  • Create the budget for the sales plan
  • Follow up on the Sales Team activities and ensure all sales plans are well executed
  • Conduct market visits
  • Create and execute effective development plans for the Sales Team
  • Identify sales gaps and address them proactively
  • Analyze areas sales performance and address any performance challenges
  • Problem solving within department and with the commercial team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Sales, Marketing or relevant major
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in on-ground activities and outdoor sales
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Excellent level of Excel and Microsoft Programs
